Take all ingredients

Take one pan add ghee in it let it heat then add ragi flour roast it for 10 minutes.then add cut dry fruits or dry grated coconut roast it for 2 minutes.add cardamom powder mix it.

Let it cool for 4/5 min and then add cut jaggery in it stir it up to jaggery melt completely.

Take one dish grease ghee on it and then add above mixture on it spread it properly to make flat tikki like below.then spread cut pista on it.

Let it cool for 5 minutes,then cut gul papadi in to pieces.

Nachani (Ragi)gul papadi is ready to eat.
