Wash and soak chana dal for 2 hours,then grind to smooth paste to this add ragi flour,rice flour and mix with no lumps and keep it aside for 20 minutes.

Heat the tava and grease with oil, adjust the batter make it thick flowing consistency add salt and pour on tava spread oil the edges cook on medium heat until nice golden crisp.

Serve the dosa with potato subji and chutney.
Tips
To attain the perfect crispiness, ensure the tava isn’t overly hot while preparing dosas. The dosa batter can undergo fermentation either overnight or instantly.
