Whole Ragi Pulao

Soak the ragi for 2 hours and cook in a pressure cooker.

Cut the onion, tomato and chilli into small pieces. Heat the ghee on medium flame.add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and hing. When the mustard seeds are cracked add the curry patta, onion and chilli pieces.

Then add the matar and tomato.Saute it and add the all masala. Mix well.

Add the ragi and 2 cup of boiled water. Cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

A very healthy tasty recipe whole ragi khichdi is ready for serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.
