Preheat oven to 180 °C.

Over high heat melt melt the Plant Butter.

Add the Banana and Sugar and fry untill the bananas have caramelized

Place the bananas in the prepared baking tray.

Cover with Pastry Cream.

For the Meringue:
Whisk the Egg Whites until stiff peaks. Add in the Cream of Tartar and the Gradually add in the Sugae while whisking. - 7
Place the Meringue onto the pastry cream and bake for 15 min until golden brown.
