Firstly in a mixing bowl add wheat flour + salt+ oil. Mix well. Add water & knead soft dough. Keep it aside. After 20 min make dough balls of equal size. set it aside.

For stuffin, In a pan add 1 tsp oil. Add jeeta+ hing+ turmeric powder. Add grated carrot. Stir for 5 min. Then add cabbage + cauliflower+ capsicum. Stir well until raw flavor go off. Add all spices. Red chili powder+ coriander+jeera powder+ salt+ aamchur powder+ green chili+ ginger. Combine & mix well. Add 3 tsp water if filling is sticking to the pan. So that spices will not burn. Cover & cook for five minutes. Then add poha powder for binding. Mix it well. Stuffing is ready. Keep aside to coo.

Heat tawa Or griddle. Take wheat dough ball. Coat with wheat flour. Roll like a puri size. Then place the stuffing at the centre of puri. Gather all sides at the centre of puri & make a stuffed ball.

Roll out stuffed puri gently. Dust with flour. Roll little thick than normal roti. Place rolled paratha on heated tawa. After few seconds flip paratha. Apply ghee & roast it's other side.

Roast well from both sides applying ghee Or butter or oil. Once roasted take off paratha & place on mesh plate. Serve hot with curd or chutney. It's heathy & nutritious. Pack for your kids tiffin Or office lunch box.
