In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients (except oil) and with the help of curd make a smooth dough.

Now put this dough in gressed chakli maker/ sancha and make chaklis on dish/ patla.

In a kadai add oil till it becomes warm and then deep fry chaklis. Remove in plate as soon as they become brown from both the sides.
