Vegetable Fried Rice is a mouthwatering recipe for Tiffin.
Steps

Chop all vegetables

Assemble other ingredients. Firstly fry cashews till golden brown and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan add all whole spices and allow to sizzle, then add onion and sauté till translucent, then add ginger + all veggies and stir fry 4-5 minutes.

Now Biryani masala and stir fry for. 2-3 minutes. Add rice, mix gently, add salt + sugar and fry for 5-6 minutes under medium flame.

Add ghee and mix well, sprinkle cashews + raisins, cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes under low flame. Vegetable fried rice is done.

Serve with Raita.
