Steps

First wash your mango and wipe it in a clean cotton cloth wit or without mango skin you have to cut into small piece and kept it in a vessel..

Next step is take your methi seed and black rai take a tawa and dry roast it and take small mixie jar grind it in a powder form and transfer to the vessel.

Then next step take a cut mangoes and add your salt,kasmiri mircha powder add your haldi powder tamper it properly and in a,tawa pour some til oil after sometime pour black rai and add the hing also and switch off the gas add your grind methi,rai powder and add immediately your mixed achar materials everything mix gently.

Next step is add your jaggery also and add your remaining til oil let them mix properly and and transfer in a dry vessel let them cool and after one hour take a glass container and transfer all your materials.and kept in a fridge...
