60 mlSoy sauce
60 mlVinegar
60 mlMentsuyu
150 mlWater
1 tspSesame oil
1 tbspSugar
1 dashSalt
1 dashPepper
1Ra-yu
1Japanese mustard

Just mix everything to make the sauce.

I used bean sprouts, carrots, cucumber, ham, and thin Japanese omelets for the topping.
