If you like the flavor to be more sour or strong, adjust by adding more condiments until you obtain the desired result.

  4. 150 mlWater
  5. 1 tspSesame oil
  6. 1 tbspSugar
  7. 1 dashSalt
  8. 1 dashPepper
  9. 1Ra-yu
  10. 1Japanese mustard

Steps

    Just mix everything to make the sauce.

    I used bean sprouts, carrots, cucumber, ham, and thin Japanese omelets for the topping.

    It's also good with tomatoes and imitation crab sticks.
