  • Water as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a moong in a bowl,
    Give 2-3 wash (normal tape water)and let it be in water for 5-6 hrs.

    After that you will see the moong will be a little puffy.
    Now remove the water and transfer the moong in a steel strainer,
    Cover it with cotton damp cloth and kp it in a warm area fr over night or 7-8 hrs.

    After the time you will see the sprout from moong..
    Sprouted moong is ready..
    If not using the same time,then fill in the container for later use..
