Long beans salad

In our kitchen garden, my husband grew long beans. While preparing menu for my daughter's birthday, he insisted to put homegrown long beans fry with peanuts.. So instead of regular style I created this dish and became the show's topper.

In our kitchen garden, my husband grew long beans. While preparing menu for my daughter's birthday, he insisted to put homegrown long beans fry with peanuts.. So instead of regular style I created this dish and became the show's topper.
Steps

Cut the long beans into 1 inch. Then steamed them till it tenders only.

Add 1 tbspoon butter to the frying pan. Add kalounji. When it splutter, add the steamed beans, slightly stir fry. At this point add salt to taste.

Cool down the beans. Add the sweet corn, grated coconut. Add cinnamon powder. Mix well.

Garnish with freshly grated coconut. And serve.
