Prepare the ingredients: Wash and drain all vegetables and fruits. Slice the beef and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the sliced onion until fragrant, then add the tomato slices and stir-fry briefly. Add enough water to cover the ingredients. Add the bouillon cube, black pepper, and other seasonings. Turn the heat to high and bring to a boil.

Add the dried noodles and cook until tender. Pour in the beaten eggs and add the cucumber slices. Turn off the heat and serve!
