Gather and prep all ingredients.
1. Slice the onion
2. Cut or dice the tofu
3. Chop green veggies - separate stems & the greens
4. Halve all cherry tomatoes - 2
Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a wok, pot or deep pan. Add onion slices and cook over medium heat until onion is translucent.

Add tofu, chopped vegetable stems & cherry tomatoes. Turn gently and cook until vegetable stems are bright green. Add enough water or broth to cover the tofu.

Season with 1 cube of chicken seasoning, some white pepper powder and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the greens. Cook until greens are done to your liking. Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly. Serve hot.
