  1. 1cucumber
  2. 3radishes
  3. 3 sprigschopped parsley
  4. 1 tablespoonchopped green onion
  5. 1lemon
  6. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  7. Salt and pepper to taste

    Prepare the ingredients, making sure everything is thoroughly washed. Slice the radishes, then cut them into thin sticks.

    Peel the cucumber, leaving some strips of skin if you like for extra nutrients. Cut it in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice into half-moons.

    Place the radishes and cucumbers in a bowl. Chop the green onion to make 1 tablespoon, and chop the parsley leaves.

    Add the green onion and parsley to the salad and mix well. In a separate bowl, make the dressing by combining the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well. Serve immediately.
