Palak Paneer is a very delicious dish that everyone enjoys. It's also very healthy. People make this dish in many different ways. This time, I've made it in the dhaba (roadside eatery) style—definitely give it a try!

Wash the spinach thoroughly, boil it in hot water, then drain. Once slightly cooled, blend into a puree.

Add the onion, garlic, green chili, and ginger to a blender and blend into a puree.

Blend the tomatoes into a puree. In a large skillet, heat both the oil and ghee. Add cumin seeds, cloves, black peppercorns, and cinnamon stick, and sauté. Then add the onion puree and cook until fragrant.

Once the onion mixture is cooked, add the tomato puree and cook. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder, and mix well.

Add the spinach puree and mix. Add water as needed. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Cut the paneer into small cubes.

Add garam masala and mix. Then add the paneer cubes and stir gently.

Dhaba-style Palak Paneer is ready. Garnish with fresh cream before serving.
