Ingredients

  • 2 packsramen noodles (I used 3 packs)
  • 1 bag (16 oz)coleslaw
  • 1 cupsliced almonds (toasted)
  • 1 cupsunflower seed kernels
  • 1 bunchgreen onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 3/4 cupsalad oil (I used canola)
  • 1/3 cupwhite vinegar (although I've heard some people use red... dunno)
  • Worcester Sauce (to taste... I used approx 3 dashes)
  • soy sauce (to taste... I used approx 3 dashes)
  • 2beef ramen soup flavor packets

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the dressing by mixing the salad oil, vinegar, Worcester sauce, sugar, and soy sauce in a small bowl.

  2. 2

    In a large casserole dish, crumble the ramen noodles into a layer on the bottom.

  3. 3

    Cover the noodles with the following order of layers: coleslaw, then sunflower seed kernels, then almonds, and finally the green onions.

  4. 4

    Mix the two beef flavor packets into the dress and mix. Pour the dressing evenly over the layers.

  5. 5

    Cover the dish and place in fridge overnight.

  6. 6

    Mix the salad right before serving.
