Put oil in pan and then put jeera and methi and let sizzle

Then put hing and haldi half teaspoon and then put little chopped green chilli

Then put bhindi in and out salt and mix

Cover the bhindi pan with metal plate and put water on plate to let steam and ensure it’s on low heat for 10-13 mins

Remove plate and add 3/4 tsp red chilli powder and 2-2.5 tsp coriander powder and a little amchur and mix.

Put on plate and add coriander
