Take a grinder jar add coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, green chillies, garlic and grind it into a smooth paste with little water.

Heat oil and ghee add potato pieces and fry them on low flame till becomes golden brown then take out and keep aside.

Same kadai add cumin seeds let them splutter then add grounded chutney, salt and fry them on low flame. Once coriander mixture dry up and fry well then add fried potato pieces and mix properly and coat them nicely.

Hariyali Aloo is ready to serve.
