Cut up chicken and trim excess fat. Place chicken & everything from the marinade section into a ziplock bag. Let marinade 1-2 hours in the fridge.

Heat up your oil. While the oil heats up, combine the chicken coating ingredients in a ziplock bag. Remove excess coating and place on wire rack until ready to fry. Place chicken in pan, do not over crowd your oil (cook in small batches). Once chicken is to your liking, place on wire rack or paper towels to absorb excess oil.
