Steps

Boil the potatoes and peel off the skin of them and mash them add all the spices to them and lastly add coriander leaves and mix them well

Prepare the thick and Smooth batter from Besan flour or gram flour add Rice flour, salt and water
- 3
Roll the flatten sized big sized vada for Vada pav dip them into besan flour slurry and dip fry them till they are golden colour and crisp

Besan dry chutney
Once the Besan flour slurry is ready
Prepare the small curry from small spoon or small holed shape plate.... And drop it in the hot oil like small Boondi and fry they are golden colour and crisp... Same way 3-4 times or 1 big bowl...,
Add Fried curry, garlic cloves and red chilli powder and chilli flakes altogether and grind into semi thick texture.. - 5
