
Banana Fiber Bites

Cooking Instructions

Soak chia seeds in milk in your fridge for 2 hours. Double milk parts to chia seeds, ex. 1/2 chia seeds-1 cup of milk.

While the chia seeds are soaking cut your bananas into slices and lay out on a tray with parchment paper.

Add 1/4 of a cup of flaxseed meal to 1/2 cup of melted peanut butter and mix.

Dip the banana slices in the flaxseed peanut butter and place back on the parchment paper, once all slices are complete put in the freezer for 1 1/2 hours.

Top the banana peanut butter slices with a small scoop of chia seeds and return them to the freezer for 2 hours.

Enjoy! Keep them in the freezer in a to go container.
