I made this dish because we happened to have shirataki noodles at home.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 100 gramsShirataki (Konnyaku) noodles
  2. 1 tspSesame oil
  3. 1 tbspWhite sesame seeds
  4. 1/2 tspDashi stock granules
  5. 1 tbspSake
  6. 1 tspSugar
  7. 1 1/2 tspSoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the noodles briefly, strain, then cut into edible lengths.

  2. 2

    Heat sesame oil in a pan and drop in the noodles. When nearly all the water has evaporated, mix in the seasoning ingredients and simmer.

    Crush the sesame seeds with your fingers, and sprinkle on the noodles.
