Breadcrumbs help to keep the cakes moist. Cheese spread, garlic, ginger, onions, lemon zest and lemon juice are used to make the cakes flavorful. These cakes taste best with a creamy sauce.

Firstly, marinate the fish with turmeric powder, fish masala, salt, lemon juice. Fry the fish. Clean the fish by getting rid of the skin and bones. Shred it and add it to a large mixing bowl. You can use canned fish or boiled fish.

To it add grated ginger and garlic, finely chopped onions, salt, black pepper powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, breadcrumbs, veg mayonnaise, egg, Four Pepper Go cheese spread, italian seasoning and chopped coriander leaves. Mix it until well combined.

Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
