We can eat pumpkin plain, roasted, or add pumpkin puree to eggs, healthy muffins, soups, stews or sauces. Here I tried to make ladoo from pumpkin.
Steps

Peel & wash pumpkin. Cut into small pieces. Now boil it in cooker for three whistle. Strain it to throw extra water.

Now mash it with masher. In nonstick pan dry roast poppy seeds & decicated coconut. Now add ghee in this pan.

Add pumpkin dough in ghee.
Roast it on mideum flame. Cardamom powder also add with it. Stir it occasionally. - 4
After 3 to 4 min add khaand in it. Again roast it & after few minutes add roasted ingredients. We roast it till material leave the pan.

When dough collect aside, turn off the flame. Keep aside for cool. After that make it's ladoo. Take some decicated coconut & coated ladoo in it.

Ready for serve. Super soft, tasty & delicious home made fresh ladoo for fasting.
