Steps

Boil Edamame in boiling water for 4 minutes, adding 1 teaspoon salt.

Remove thin skin of Edamame.

In blender put sugar, Edamame and corn syrup and blend until smooth.

Make soft mochi dough with hand and make mochi dough into round shapes.

Boil in hot water for 3-4 minutes. Cool mochi in water.

Put Edamame cream on mochi.
