  • 1 litrefull fat milk
  • 10 mllemon juice or vinegar
  • For Cheese spread
  • Prepared Chenna or paneer
  • 2 tbspunsalted butter
  • 1 tspsalt
  • For Spinach spread
  • Prepared cheese spread
  • 1 tbspspinach juice
  • 1 tsprosemary
  • 1 tspdried mint powder
  • For Beet Cheese spread
  • Prepared cheese spread
  • 1 tbspbeet puree
  • 1 tspSriracha sauce
  • 1 tspred chilli flakes
  • For white spread
  • 1 tsporegano
  • For Sandwich
  • 4 sliceswhole wheat bread
  • 1 tbspcheese and jalapeno readymade spread
  • Mix vegetable sliced(cucumber, onion, carrot, boiled potato, boiled beet, tomato, etc)

    In a pan warm milk,when it starts boiling, add lemon juice slowly stirring continously. Fat comes out from whey. Strain and keep aside

    For plain cheese spread. In a jar, add chenna, butter and salt. Churn it well

    Divide in 3 portions, for green spread add spinach juice, for beet add beet juice, mix well and add respective herbs

    Cut borders of the bread slices and apply the prepared homemade cheese spread. Layer the vegetables of choice

    Keep one on top of another to form 4 layers. Cut and serve
