Healthy Vegetable Sandwich with Homemade CHEESE spreads

In a pan warm milk,when it starts boiling, add lemon juice slowly stirring continously. Fat comes out from whey. Strain and keep aside

For plain cheese spread. In a jar, add chenna, butter and salt. Churn it well
- 3
Divide in 3 portions, for green spread add spinach juice, for beet add beet juice, mix well and add respective herbs

Cut borders of the bread slices and apply the prepared homemade cheese spread. Layer the vegetables of choice
- 5
Keep one on top of another to form 4 layers. Cut and serve
