Soak posto / poppy Seeds in half cup of water overnight or for quick preparation soak poppy Seeds in warm water for 30 mins

Add the Soaked poppy seed with roughly chopped green chillies in a grinder

Peel skin of potatoes and cut potatoes in widgets

Take Kadai or deep pan and aad 2 Tbsp mustard oil. Heat the oil and add 1/2 TSP kalonji

Once kalonji started splattering add Potatoes and stir fry until the edges become golden brown
- 6
Once the potatoes are golden brown and Poppy seed paste.

Now Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder and green Chillies

Keep stirring for 1 min until turmeric is mixed

Now add Salt as per Taste and add 1/2 Cup of water and mix the whole content

Cover the Kadai and cook for 2 mins in low flame until the potatoes soften

Add more water if required

Once the potatoes get softened and they are cooked then serve the same
