Ingredients

  • 1 bagEnoki mushroom
  • 1/2 bagsprout
  • 30 gdry seaweed
  • 1.5 Tsppotato powder
  • 1Tofu
  • 1egg
  • 4 Tspchicken soup powder
  • 1,8 Lwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour water into a pot. Heat until water is boiled.

  2. 2

    Cut Enoki mushroom in any size, and put them into the pot.

  3. 3

    Put chicken soup powder into the pot.

  4. 4

    Put Tofu, seaweed into the pot.

  5. 5

    Mix potato powder with a small amount of water. Pour the mixture into the pot.

  6. 6

    Make beaten egg, pour it in the soup and mix.

I have a question and I hope I can get a reply in less than a week. In my school we have HE which is home economic so it's like cooking class. So I h ave to divide the class into 2 groups and I'll be in one group instructing them and all that. I found this interesting as my group is international foods. So after putting all the ingredients in the pot I have to let it boil right or ?? It's not detailed so idk. If yes for how long should they boil and in medium high or low temperature? Please answer
