Ingredients

2 serve

1 bowlfull of mixed veggies.(capsicum,carrot,tomato and cucumber)
6 slicesbread
Butter as required
Salt to taste
1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
1/2 tspmix harbs
1/2 tsporegano
1/2 tspchilli flakes

Wash,peel,cut and grate the veggies. Add all the spices in it and mix well.

Apply butter on bread.
Now fill the mixture of mixed veggies on the bread and cover with another bread.
Toast in the grill machine.

Cut the sandwich in four pieces and serve hot.. enjoy..😋👌
