Sweet Enchilada with Ground Beef on a Bed of Potatoes

For the 3rd Stage of the #DelantalDorado23, I chose ground beef as the main ingredient for this recipe, since it's the most common in our diet.
I made an enchilada with just a little bit of spice for those with sensitive stomachs, so most people can enjoy it—especially now that we have some cool, rainy days.
Here are some nutritional recommendations from Traditional Chinese Medicine:
✔️ A recipe to activate your cardiovascular and respiratory systems and improve blood flow.
✔️ An ideal dish for lunch during fall and winter, when you don't feel warm.
✔️ Great for people who work night shifts or in cold places, as it clears the mind, warms you up, and boosts circulation.
✔️ Perfect for people with limited mobility or those recovering from illness, as it provides internal warmth and stimulates circulation.
❌ Do not eat this dish on very hot summer days or in tropical areas, as it can slow down your digestive and respiratory systems and cause fluid retention.
❌ Avoid eating at night, since the beef and this dish are warming and may cause digestive discomfort, restlessness, or insomnia.
❌ Do not eat if you have a fever or hot flashes, as it may increase fatigue and discomfort.
I hope you enjoy making this recipe, the nutritional tips, and I look forward to your culinary feedback!
