Take a bowl put both aata mix it nicely put spices & mix it again
Now add all chopped veggies mix it nicely with hands
Put Luke warm water & make a dough not soft
After 5 min put 1 tsp oil & knead it & roll it medium size not big - 2
Heat tawa on gas put the roti on it & roast it nicely you can put very less oil & make it or u can roast nicely on tawa & gas like you make chapatti apply butter / ghee & enjoy

Garlicky herb yogurt sauce....
1cup yogurt + 2-3 garlic 🧄 cloves grated & strain it with chalni add pinch of salt, mix herb, little chili flakes & white pepper powder mix it keep in fridge for sometime ready to serve; you can eat with chips veggie sticks & crackers
*Mint dip* everyone knows so not sharing
