Today I have made a Sindhi recipe jowar flour lola. It's a very tasty recipe. It's easy to make.

Take 250 gm of jaggery and shocked it in a bowl of water and stirred it nicely, so that it melts. Jaggery syrup is ready, Keep aside. Now take a mixing bowl add jowar flour, wheat flour, cardamom powder and ghee mix it properly well, flour should have crumbly texture and hold shape between hands.

Now pour the syrup gradually and knead a stiff dough. Once done, cover it for 10 minutes to set.

After 10 minutes apply little ghee on the dough and knead again. Now divide the dough into 4 parts, pick one part and cover the remaining parts. Roll the dough into a thick sheet of 3 or 3.5 inches diameter and mark cuts with a knife.

Heat nonstick tawa place the lola on it and cook on low flame for 6-7 minutes on each side, pressing the lola gently with a roti press on both sides. Once golden brown both sides, drizzle ghee on both sides and fry another 2-3 minutes. Lola is ready.
