Take a fresh pear,wash,peel out the skin, then with grater nicely grate keep aside.

Keep nonstick cookware on stave, add two teaspoon ghee, let it heat, add cashew nuts pieces and kismis fry till golden color, transfer to another bowl.

In same vessel pour two tablespoon ghee, add the grated pear, fry till raw smell goes out.

After that add sugar,mix well for five minutes. let the sugar melts completely.

Now add required amount of milk and little food colour.

Mix the halwa for two minutes, then add little ghee, cardamom powder and saffron mix for two minutes.

After some time ghee comes out from halwa, then add roasted nuts. Mix well and remove from heat. Pears halwa is ready.

Transfer the halwa to a serving bowl. You can serve hot also.

Superb, tasty sweet, pears halwa is ready to taste. This halwa is easy to make and very tasty.
