Boil the soyabeans in hotwater.Then grind them to a paste in a mixer.

Then add ghee to the pan.When the ghee is hot fry it well with the paste soyabeans.Then add milk keep stirring the milk continuosly so that it does not stick to the bottom.Then add the sugar.

When the mixture thickens and becomes like kheer add dry fruits.Soyabean kheer is ready.
