Ingredients

  1. 2pears (ripe)
  2. 200 gmsthick curd
  3. 5-6mint leaves
  4. 1/2 inchginger
  5. 1 tbsphoney
  6. 1/4th tsp black salt
  7. 4almonds and 5 cashewnuts chopped finely
  8. 5-6ice cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Peel 2 pears,slice and deseed.Cut into small pieces.Puree them with ginger,mint leaves,black salt, honey and curd in a blender jar.

    Add ice cubes and churn till the ice is crushed and the lassi is frothy.Reserve 1 tbsp very finely chopped pieces of pears for garnishing. Also chop cashewnuts and almonds.

    Fill into 2 glasses.Garnish with finely chopped pears, chopped nuts and mint leaves and enjoy a delicious health drink.
