Mix Creme Fraich and Cream cheese and simmer on very low heat. Should only be heated a little so that CF and CS merge.

Add spinach, and garlic, onion, black pepper, parsley and salt.

Allow to cool, add olive oil and when the batter is cold, crack in the eggs and whisk around.

(If the pies are unbaked. Pre-bake the pie base first)

Place the Feta cheese and olives evenly distributed in the pie shell, approx. 116 g tomato per pie shell and Feta cheese 120 g per pie shell, and 50 g olives per shell. Or a little more or less according to taste.

Pour over the filling

You can garnish with little red onion and tomato

Sprinkle some grated cheese on top

Bake in the oven at 200°c for approx. 25 - 40 min
