Steps

Sock the soya chunks in a boil water fr 10 mnts
Meantime peel n cut the potato in dice,
Cut the tomato,chili and coriander.
Kp everything ready. - 2
In a pressure cooker add oil.
Add mustard and cumin seeds.
After spluttering,add hing and turmeric powder.
Now add diced potato and squeezed soya chunks..
Mix with tadka.
Add water,tomato, chilli, coriander and all spices.
Mix well and close the lead, cook for 3 -4 whistles. - 3
After cooling down the cooker open it.
Remove the curry in serving bowl,
Sprinkle coriander and serve.
