Take both the flours in a bowl and add green chilies, coriander leaves, jeera powder, hing and salt.

Add 2 cups of water to the dry ingredients to make it in the form of batter.

Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes.

Heat a pan until it's hot enough for the batter to stick. Add 2 big spoons of batter to the pan and spread if needed.

Add some ghee and flip when it leaves the pan. Let it cook evenly, and serve with some chutney or pickle of choice.
