Ingredients

  1. 30 ml (6 tsp)almond milk
  2. Red Food Coloring
  3. 1small egg
  4. 30 g (6 tsp)oat flour
  5. 5 g (1 tsp)cocoa powder
  6. 20 g (4 tsp)protein powder
  7. 20 g (4 tsp)sweetener
  8. 1 tspbaking powder
  9. 50 g (11 tsp)cream cheese protein yogurt (salted caramel)
  10. Chocolate chips as desired

Cooking Instructions

1 minute and 30 sec

    Add a few drops of the red food coloring to the almond milk and whisk in one egg

    Add of the dry ingredients and mix

  3. 3

    Pour batter into a microwaveable dish or pan. The batter rises so leave enough room for it to rise.

    Microwave on high heat for 1 minute and pull out to check (add chocolate chips as desired). Microwave for another 30 seconds.

    Spread the cream cheese protein yogurt on top of the cake and add chocolate chips or cake crumbs as desired.
