Another way to prepare delicious nopales, with little oil and lots of flavor.
Cooking Instructions

Prepare the ingredients. Heat a pan and use a brush to lightly coat it with oil. Cook the nopal on both sides until it is slightly golden.

With a sharp knife, slice it in half lengthwise. Spread the beans and distribute the cheese on top. Close the nopal and return it to the pan.
- 3
Cover and let it cook over medium heat until the beans are heated and the cheese melts. Transfer to a plate.

Top with the tomato sauce and enjoy.
