Ingredients

  1. 200 galmond flour
  2. 150 gsugar
  3. 2egg whites
  4. 2 tbspamaretto liqueur (the recipe mentions 1/4 almond extract. If you want a strong aroma, use both)
  5. 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. Powdered sugar

    Preheat the oven to 340°F.

  2. 2

    Beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff peaks form. In a bowl, mix the almond flour with the sugar. Add the flavorings to the meringue and fold gently. Then add the almond/sugar mixture and stir until a dough forms.

    Take a teaspoon of dough and shape it into balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and gently press them down with your hand. Bake for 20 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar once they cool.
