Cut the crusts off the sandwich bread slices.

Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin.

Spread with chocolate hazelnut spread.

Roll up each slice of bread tightly.

Beat the egg with the milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.

Dip the rolled-up bread slices into the egg mixture.

In a hot skillet, add a pat of butter and cook the roll-ups on all sides until lightly golden.

For the coating, mix the sugar and cinnamon together. Roll the cooked roll-ups in the mixture.
