Ingredients

  • 500 gmsSpinach
  • Onions white 2 big
  • 4 tbspOil
  • 1 tbspGg paste
  • 1/4 tspHaldi
  • 2 tspSalt
  • 2 tspRed mirchi
  • 2tomato’s big
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • Lamb 1 kg with bone

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Add oil in pressure cooker add onions fry for 5 minutes.add gg paste, haldi,gosh 1 kg, salt, mirchi, tomato’s, water 1/2 glass. Pressure cook for 4 whistles. Add chopped spinach after water gets dried up. Cook until all water evaporates.
