Steps

Melt white chocolate with double boiler method. Divide chocolate in 3 equal parts. In first part add yellow colour & mathura peda essence. Mix well.

Clean chocolate mould properly. Sprinkle some castor sugar in every cavity to give peda effect. Transfer chocolate in piping bag. Pour chocolate in every cavity. Tap the mould for 3 to 4 times. Put it in freeze for 10 minute. After 10 minutes demould the chocolates.

In second part add pista essence & green chocolate colour, mix it properly

Add pista in chocolate mould. Transfer chocolate in piping bag. Pour it in chocolate mould. Keep it in freeze for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes demould the chocolate.

In third part add red colour & rose essence, mix well. Add dry rose petals in chocolate mould. Transfer chocolate in piping bag. Pour it in chocolate mould. Keep in freeze for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes demould the chocolate.

Delicious Chocolate Mithai is ready to serve.
