In a deep bowl add brown rice flour, besan, powdered sugar, baking powder, mix everything well.

Add olive oil, milk as required to make sticky dough

Take baking tray, lay butter paper on tray. Take 1 tbsp dough roll it between your palms. Place it on the tray. Apply very little oil on the bottom of katori. Press all the Nankhatai with katori.

Preheat Oven at 180°© for 6 minutes. Place the baking tray inside the oven. Bake them for 10 minutes. After 12 minutes Nankhatais are ready.

Transfer on wire rack, let them cool.

Brown Rice Flour Nankhatais..Gluten-free... are ready to serve.
