Steps

In a pot add jowar flour + ragi flour + salt + carom seeds + Asafoetida + green chili garlic paste + Fine semolina + coriander chopped. Combine all ingredients well.

Then add 3 cups of water into flour.The batter should be runny consistency. Cover & keep aside for 15 min. Heat tawa. Grease with oil. Again stir batter from it's bottom. Then pour a laddlegul batter over heated tawa.

Cover it with lid for 2 min. After 2 minutes..remove lid. Drizzle 1 tsp oil on ready chilla/ ghavan. Cook for 3 minutes. Flip the chilla. Cook for 2-3 min. Roast ghavan from its bottom.

Remove ready ghavan from tawa.
Serve with red tomato chutney or butter or curd.
