Yam yamarita with eggs sauces

Cooking Instructions

Cut your yam,boil it with salt and keep aside

In a bowl add your flour, seasoning, curry, chilli mix tham together, crack in 2 eggs side a side

Add your boiled yam in the mixture of flour mix the yam very well and put it in the egg and mix, with flour mixture again and put on your pan add little oil like five spoons, when the oil it hot,put your yamrita and fry both the side until Golden brown

For eggs sauce

In a pan add your oil cut your onion and fry for 2 minutes add your red pepper fry it,add your seasoning,curyy mix the mixture and fry for 5 minutes crack your 3 egg and put in the sauce, close your pot for minutes, open the pot and star your sauce keep frying for 2 minutes
