Soak cashews in warm water, then blend them into a smooth paste.

Heat a pan and add butter.
Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
Add green chili, slit it, and garlic paste. Stir it for a few moments until fragrant.
Add onion paste and continue to stir.
Add coconut and stir until the mixture is well combined and cooked to your desired. - 3
Then add pease,salt,pepper powder and mix it well,boil for few minutes.turn in heat.white gravy is ready for eat, garnish with fresh cream
And serve with rice or roti
