Soyabean bhuna gosht
Vegetarian chicken anyone?
Steps
- 1
Boil the soya chunks and drain the water. Squeeze out any remaining water from the soyabean.
- 2
Heat oil in a pan and add the whole kada masala into it. After the masala sputters add the onions and cook them till they become golden. Now add the tomatoes and green chillies and cook well.
- 3
Once the tomatoes have become soft add the ginger garlic paste and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
- 4
Now add the remaining dry masalas and cook for about 5 minutes.
- 5
Once the masala is cooked add the soyabean and cook till most of the liquid has been absorbed by the soyabean.
- 6
Cover the pan and let it sit for a while with the gas off. This is for the soyabean to absorb the gravy.
- 7
Serve hot with chapatis.
