In a large pot, heat some olive oil and sauté the onion and bacon or pancetta.

When the bacon and onion reach your desired doneness, add the peas and stir.

Let everything cook together for a few minutes.

Add the pasta, then pour in enough water to completely cover the pasta.

Meanwhile, mix the eggs, Parmesan cheese, pepper, and salt in a bowl.

When the pasta is cooked, add the egg mixture to the pot and stir to combine everything well.

Once served, you can add more cheese and pepper if you like.
